Senior Electrical Engineer Maritime Control Systems
Job description
As a Senior Electrical Engineer , you’ll work hands-on with the team building the electrical and power systems that make our autonomous vessels operate safely and reliably at sea. You’ll lead design, integration, and testing of control panels, power distribution, and sensing hardware across our platforms. If you are not afraid of getting a little wet, come join our team to develop the latest in autonomous ship technology, gain valuable experience, and have fun doing it.
Job requirements
- Nice To Haves:
- B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in robotics, power, autonomy or similar fields.
- Expert with AC and DC circuit design and analysis.
- Experience designing and testing to industry/electrical standards.
- Have decent soldering skills and comfortable with hand tools and basic power tools.
- Ability to use electrical test equipment safely and train others in electrical safety.
- Experience working on 1000VDC and 480Vac projects.
