Senior Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A

Job responsibilities

• Own SG&A management reporting for the C-suite, including monthly performance, trends, and benchmarks
• Design and maintain the SG&A allocation methodology, ensuring it is standardized, documented, and defensible
• Own the consolidated SG&A view that feeds into M&A diligence and long-range planning exercises
• Define the SG&A narrative and benchmark Anduril's cost structure against company scale and industry peers
• Develop, pressure-test, and deliver SG&A inputs for enterprise planning processes including AOP, LRP, and scenario modeling
• Manage SG&A spend trajectory relative to business growth to deliver operating leverage
• Lead and develop a team of analysts, setting expectations and creating room for growth

Job requirements

• 10+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or a related field, with at least 3 years managing or leading a team
• Experience designing financial reporting, allocation models, or planning processes
• Strong understanding of SG&A cost structures, operating leverage, and how corporate costs connect to divisional performance
• Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear narratives for executive audiences
• Experience with financial planning systems, ERP platforms, and enterprise data management
• Proven ability to operate with significant autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
