Job requirements

  • Experience: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with 10+ years in global sourcing, strategic procurement, or supplier management inside a high-tech or regulated manufacturing…
  • Commercial Depth: Working command of commercial contract law, should-cost modeling, and a track record of closing high-value, technically complex agreements.
  • Category & Supply Base Management: Demonstrated success managing a global supplier base, running audits, and scaling supply from prototype through high-rate production.
  • Technical Fluency: Comfortable reading engineering drawings and specs, and translating cleanly between engineers and supplier commercial/technical counterparts.
  • Clearance: Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
