Job requirements

  • 5+ years of technical program management experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience working directly with hardware engineering teams
  • Experience taking electromechanical hardware from prototype through production and field deployment
  • 7+ years of technical program management experience
  • Experience designing or implementing integrated automation solutions such as material handling systems, high-speed packaging lines, or manufacturing lines
  • 4+ years of change management experience
