• Labor Standards: Proven proficiency in formal time study techniques (MODAPTS, MTM, predetermined motion systems, stopwatch, video analysis, PFD allowance determination) and integrating standards into MES/ERP systems.
• Layouts & Spatial Planning: Hands-on expertise with factory CAD layout tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Factory CAD/Flow, Bluebeam), manufacturing cell design, space utilization metrics, and material flow design.
• Simulation & Operations Research: Hands-on expertise with Discrete Event Simulation platforms (e.g., Siemens Plant Simulation, FlexSim, Simio, AnyLogic, Arena, SimPy), stochastic modeling, and Python/SQL programming…
• System Longevity & Adoption: A proven track record of building tools, templates, or governance systems that operational teams actively maintained and adopted, moving organizations away from fragmented spreadsheets.
