Senior Manager, Manufacturing Maintenance (Arsenal)

ABOUT THE ROLE At Anduril, maintenance isn't an afterthought — it's the backbone that keeps our high-throughput, automation- heavy factories running. As we scale production at Arsenal-1, our new manufacturing campus in Ashville, Ohio, we are standing up the site maintenance organization for Building 1 from a blank sheet of paper. We are looking for a Senior Manager of Maintenance to own that build end to end. This is the senior site leader accountable for the maintenance and reliability of Arsenal-1 Building 1 as it ramps to multi-program, two-shift production supporting Fury, Barracuda, Altius, Roadrunner, and additional advanced programs.
