Senior Manager, Product Sourcing Engineering, Advanced Effects

Job description

The Senior Manager of Product Sourcing Engineering supports engineering and production teams with the development and execution of sourcing plans. As the Senior Manager, this individual will be responsible for managing a team of sourcing engineers and subcontract managers who will be the central point of contact for all supply chain needs in the product development process internally and externally.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, supply chain, or related technical field.
  • 10+ years experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment specifically in a supply chain or production-related role focused on complex mechanical and/or electrical assembly.
  • 5+ years experience in a leadership position.
  • Domain expertise of value/procurement engineering or TCO-related work at the component & product level
  • Ability to obtain U.S. Secret or TS clearance and ability to maintain clearance
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
  • Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA
  • MBA or Master’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
