Senior People Partner
Job description
As a Senior People Partner at Mytra, you will join our People Team during a period of rapid growth. Our team is currently focused on scaling performance management and compensation programs, employee engagement, leave programs, learning pathways, and policy infrastructure to keep pace with the business. You’ll need to be a proactive, business minded partner to own programs that help people do great work and thrive here, in a fast moving manufacturing and robotics environment.
Job responsibilities
- Own and run core People Programs including but not limited to the performance program, and the engagement survey, from design through analysis to action planning and implementation
- Partner with business leaders, managers, and team members as a trusted advisor, helping them solve people related challenges and develop ways to set people up to thrive at Mytra
- Own our HRIS, making sure it works as a functional, reliable tool for the People team, managers, and employees, including data integrity, workflows, and self service access
- Develop and update HR policies to reflect changing business needs and external legal requirements
- Manage employee relations matters and investigations with sound judgment, discretion, and strong grounding in employment law
- Actively coach and support managers and employees on performance management, including addressing underperformance and building accountability
- Advise on compliance and practices for a mixed workforce, including contingent workers and non-exempt employees, with particular attention to California wage and hour law
