Job description

Job requirements

  • · Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or another technical field required; MBA or master’s degree in engineering preferred.
  • · 8-10 years of product management or closely related product-leadership experience, including ownership of complex technical products.
  • · At least 3 years of experience in material handling, intralogistics, warehouse automation, or supply-chain technology.
  • · Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional development, commercialization, or lifecycle programs.
  • · Experience delivering products through a formal development or tollgate process.
  • · Strong project-management capability; five or more years of direct project-management experience or PMP certification is preferred.
  • · Strong commercial and strategic-business acumen, including experience with business cases, budgets, revenue, margin, pricing, and portfolio trade-offs.
  • · Solid technical foundation with the ability to work across mechanical, electrical, controls, and software topics.
