Job requirements

  • Guide project teams through ambiguity and complexity throughout a project life cycle.,
  • Acts as a mentor to less experienced project managers and helps support the development of best practices within the organization.
  • Align project execution with organizational strategy and business goals, working in close collaboration with the Project Director.
  • Ensure delivery excellence—on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards delighting Dematic customers.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within their project teams.
  • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
