Job responsibilities

  • Work with Product, Engineering, Model/SW Devs, In-car testing, Fleet teams on test request and triage planning, do live triage with accurate analysis and debugging steps, present top issues by end of day.
  • Deep understanding on AD product definition and system specification, develop and maintain product performance with Top N based on triage analysis of in-car test and digital test.
  • Work with collaborator teams to define test/triage target, requirements and process, supervise and improve triage efficiency and quality by steps.
  • Automate product critical metric generation and robust evaluation to represent on the dashboard, provide triage target vision to support critical metric teams to understand the current state of our product/software and…
  • Root cause and address the problems and drive them closure.
