Senior / Staff Electrical Engineer

Job description

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for turning our custom electronics from a design file into road-ready hardware. You'll partner with our contract manufacturers to get boards built and then work with technicians to validate, program and assemble them, ready to be installed on our autonomous vehicles.

This is an onsite position to be based in Pittsburgh with the expectations of 3-4 days onsite.

Job requirements

  • The Credentials: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or a related field. You’ve likely spent 10+ years in hardware development and/or test engineering, with at least 2-3 years in a formal leadership role.
  • CM Fluency: You speak the language of CMs. You understand how to partner with them to deliver a high quality product
