Senior Staff NPI Sourcing Specialist
Job description
As an NPI Sourcing Specialist , you are the bridge between R&D and the mass production supply chain. You will play a critical role in bringing next-generation Humanoid robot to life by managing the sourcing lifecycle for complex Electronics, semiconductor components and mechanical assemblies.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Sourcing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, or supplier management experience (R&D environment preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in ERP or procurement systems and Microsoft/Google Suite tools,
- Dashboard and data visualization development is a plus
- Relevant industrial experience is preferred, Consumer Electronics, semiconductor, or Automotive industry (with Autonomous driving system)
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus
- APICS, ISM certifications will be weighted favorably
