Senior Supply Chain Program Manager

Job description

ABOUT THE JOB The Senior Supply Chain Program Manager is a strategic driver of change within the Supply Chain Programs team, responsible for the end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-functional projects. This role will lead initiatives from initial concept through to final implementation, orchestrating collaboration between diverse teams (Engineering, IT, Procurement, Global Sourcing, Quality) to deliver robust solutions that improve efficiency and enable our supply chain to scale. The Program Manager is the central point of contact for their initiatives, responsible for defining scope, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring project goals are successfully met.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain program management, project management, or operations within the aerospace, defense, or related manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to drive accountability and deliver results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience standing up or significantly scaling a PMO function — not just operating within one, but building the structure, processes, and cadences from scratch.
  • Track record of defining operating frameworks: how teams prioritize work, how status is communicated, how portfolios are managed, and how leadership gets visibility.
  • Experience implementing Product Ownership or similar structured methodology to drive consistency across a team of PMs.
