We’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner, Operations to help build the teams behind that growth.
Job requirements
- Strong experience owning high-volume, frontline, Operations or similarly fast-paced hiring .
- A track record of delivering significant hiring volumes without sacrificing candidate quality or experience.
- A genuinely solution-oriented mindset, you naturally move from identifying a problem to figuring out what we should do about it.
- Strong evidence of using AI and automation to make your work faster, smarter or more effective . We care about what you've actually done with it, not just which tools you've tried.
- A bias towards action and the ability to get things moving without waiting for perfect information or perfect processes.
- Strong analytical instincts and the ability to use recruiting data to understand what needs attention.
- A team-first, positive mentality and a willingness to jump in wherever you can make an impact.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills and the confidence to challenge constructively when you see a better way.
