Anduril’s Connected Warfare team is seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Program Manager to lead test campaigns across the Army’s Next Generation Command & Control (NGC2) system, Menace of Family of Systems, and related cutting-edge products.

Job requirements

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in system-level test and evaluation of integrated hardware/software systems.
  • Proven leadership with test teams (≥ 5 engineers/technicians) and management of complex multi-site test campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience executing both developmental and operational test events in lab and field settings.
  • Strong expertise in requirements development, test planning, verification/validation, and test reporting with traceability management. Jira management is a must have skill set.
  • Experience with RF communications, tactical datalinks, and networked C2 systems in a DoD operational environment.
  • Familiarity with industry and DoD test processes including MIL-STD protocols.
