Job responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic dedicated recruiter for one or more technical domains, with a specific focus on hiring Responsible Engineers
- Identify, engage, and evaluate bar-raising technical depth and leadership while screening for strong alignment with Neros’ mission, values, and culture
- Architect and execute bespoke, highly targeted sourcing strategies to engage top-tier senior candidates
- Partner with senior engineering and technical leaders across Neros to shape hiring strategy, advise on talent market dynamics, and build the recruiting engine to continue growing our world-class technical team
