Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on test engineering experience, preferably in aerospace, spaceflight, or precision electromechanical hardware.
• Demonstrated experience developing test GSE, test stands, and fixtures from concept through implementation, including schematic capture and interface documentation.
• Demonstrated experience as a technical lead for engineers or technical teams, or as a lead on multiple concurrent programs.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical test instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
• Test Architect or Staff Test Engineer experience.
