scale, in a form factor that has to be safe enough to live with your family. If youʼre

Experience: 0-3 (internships, vocational training, apprenticeships, or relevant personal projects count)
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certificate, associate degree, or trade training is a plus, or equivalent practical experience
Examples of hands-on work—school, personal, or professional projects—are encouraged, in lieu of a formal portfolio.
Cut-and-sew, sewing machine operation, or pattern work
Adhesives, bonding, and lamination
Safe use of hand and power tools and basic shop practices
Knowledge of general machine shop practices
Reading drawings or patterns, and using basic measurement or CAD tools
