SQE - Software Developer - Test

Job description

As a S oftware Developer in Test at Mujin , you will play a pivotal role in providing Test Engineering and supporting QA infrastructure and tooling to commercialize innovative software solutions. SDET’s enable the product development organization to produc e Mujin systems that are fit-for-purpose . The role collaborates with other colleagues and stakeholders to successfully launch Mujin products, while also providing remote and onsite support .

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience .
  • P rofessional experience in software-driven product development for industrial automation, robotics, educational such as research, or similar industry.
  • Programming skills in C++ and Python, and Linux experience in software development .
  • Experience in the networking stack , protocols, routing, async I/O, multi-threading, inter-process communication, and debugging distributed systems across service boundaries.
  • Experience with QE strategies and QA test plans for technology involving electromechanical devices and software ecosystems .
  • Master’s or PhD in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience .
  • 3 + years of professional experience in software-driven product development for industrial automation, robotics, or similar industry .
  • Background in one or more Robotics Software specialties: Computer Vision, Fleet Management , W arehouse E xecution , Motion Planning, Picking/ Packing , Device I/O, Simulation.
