Job description

The 3PL/3PA Manufacturing Services Manager is the single-threaded owner of external service provider performance, space planning across warehouse and staging footprints, and inventory optimization at the interface between inbound supply and manufacturing consumption. You will manage provider relationships, drive operational excellence through SLA governance and continuous improvement, and lead strategic projects that scale 3PL/3PA capacity ahead of manufacturing demand

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
  • Experience leading process improvement, systems development, and project management
  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
  • 5+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience, or Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated experience managing external service provider relationships including SLA negotiation, performance governance, and capacity planning
  • Experience with warehouse space planning, layout optimization, and material flow design
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments
