  • Produce, integrate, test, diagnose, inspect, and maintain Reliable-designed electrical or avionics assemblies, specializing in printed circuit boards (PCB), printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs),…
  • Source, qualify, and troubleshoot all electrical or avionics products, conduct design for excellence (DFX) reviews, and develop the processes and infrastructure to help the business scale
  • Collaborate with design engineering, quality, and certification teams to embed producibility/manufacturability, compliance, and risk mitigation in all phases of product development (e.g., prototype, research and…
  • Lead the creation, refinement, and enforcement of world-class NPI frameworks and technical review methodologies.
  • Represent the production organization in all design reviews, release designs, and partner with engineering to evaluate designs for cost, producibility, inspectability, consistency, adequacy, accuracy, and conformance…
  • Assures product and process quality by conducting design for test (DFT) reviews, testing finished-product and process capabilities, establishing standards, and developing manufacturing processes.
  • Establish and maintain rigorous technical readiness criteria, risk assessments (e.g., DFMEA, PFMEA), and validation strategies for new products.
  • Develop quality control plans and inspection infrastructure.
