Sr Product Manager, Assisted Autonomy

Job description

This is an Individual Contributor (IC) PM role that requires end-to-end product ownership of Assisted Autonomy at Kodiak. You will be responsible for assessing and tracking the market, listening to customers, analyzing data, and evaluating Kodiak’s capabilities to unify a cross-functional team behind a cohesive product vision and strategy. Because this role involves both software and hardware , it requires a unique blend of technical depth, B2C UX/design sensibility, and rigorous execution.

Job responsibilities

  • Product strategy & vision: Formulate and evolve the roadmap for Assisted Autonomy, balancing near-term deployment milestones with long-term scalability.
  • Data-driven prioritization & KPIs: Establish and monitor KPIs. Use data to improve performance, while prioritizing failure modes and features to improve overall safety.
  • Execution & deployment: Define and prioritize requirements with cross-functional partners. Evaluate releases for acceptance, and partner closely with Ops teams on field deployment, process optimization, and the…
