Job description

As a Sr. Robotics Electrical Engineer in our team, you will be responsible for supporting product development functions across design, validation and manufacturing. We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced start-up like environment and want to invent the future. In this role, you will wear many hats working on system design down to quick turn prototypes, manufacturing production processes, design validation and debug. You will work at the integrated circuit and product systems level and drive the quality bar to ensure the products we ship are bug free.

Job requirements

  • Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production
  • Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of hardware engineering experience
  • Experience in PCB and FPC design including schematic capture, stackup and circuit board layout
  • Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
  • Experience with the project management of technical projects
  • Experience with motor control systems and associated drive electronics
  • Experience with sensor design and integration for robotics including capacitive, force/torque sensors, encoders, IMUs, and tactile sensors
