Job description

We are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to build and scale the software systems that power perception and state estimation on our intelligent robots. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain production-quality software that enables robots to understand their position and motion in real time, even in challenging and dynamic environments.

You will own the full software lifecycle—from architecture and design through implementation, testing, and deployment—ensuring that perception systems are reliable, performant, and maintainable at scale.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
  • 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
  • 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
