Job description
The Tactical Recon & Strike team at Anduril develops aerial small drones (Group 1-3) and all equipment to test, deploy and operate. The team is responsible for taking products like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt and Altius from concepts to operational systems. We work in close coordination with specialist teams to solve some of the hardest problems facing our customers. Job responsibilities
- Design embedded control electronics from concept to production, including hardware selection, schematic & PCB design, board bring-up, system-level integration, and flight test.
- Troubleshoot issues that span the electrical and software boundaries, with solid skills using both lab equipment (Oscilloscopes, DMM, etc.) and software debugging tools.
- Work closely with other electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, and test engineers to deliver fully functional products.
- Work in a fast-paced environment supporting new developments, active deployments, and customer operated hardware.
Job requirements
- Lab-based prototyping / research and development experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- 12+ years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex embedded systems and products.
- Demonstrated experience designing and integrating mixed signal circuits.
- Competence with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, debuggers, current-probes, and automation of tests.
- Proficient with Altium Designer or equivalent electronic design automation design tools.
- U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data.
- Proficiency with embedded software and firmware (C/Linux is a plus).
