We are seeking a Staff Feature Owner to lead the development and delivery of next-generation L2++, L3, and L4 Autonomous Driving features within the ADAS/AD team. Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in ADAS/AD feature development, with a focus on L2+ and above driving automation features
  • Proven track record of bringing ADAS/AD driving features into production (e.g., highway assist, traffic jam pilot, automated lane change, hands-off driving)
  • Strong expertise in use case development, ODD definition, and requirements engineering for L2++/L3/L4 features
  • Solid understanding of SAE J3016 automation levels and the functional/architectural differences between L2+, L3, and L4 systems
  • Experience with automotive supplier interaction, specification development, project/release management, and change management
  • Strong understanding of regulations and standards relevant to higher automation:
  • Regulations: FMVSS, GSR, ECE R79, ECE R157, DCAS-R171
