Job requirements

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science), Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 8-10+ years of progressive experience in program/project management, sales, or business development within the defense, aerospace, or government contracting sector.
  • Experience with military operations, rocket motor systems, missile, ballistics, or complex technical product support is highly preferred.
  • Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one, is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex client relationships and closing significant contracts with U.S. government entities (DoD, IC, etc.).
  • Prior military experience, especially in an operational or procurement role related to advanced systems, is a significant advantage.
