Job description

Job responsibilities
- Maintain equity databases with the transfer agent and brokerage system/Client Service Manager
- Process participant, grant, transaction, and demographic updates
- Monitor incoming file feeds, data transfers, and administrative workflows
- Document processes, procedures, and issue resolutions to participants
- Provide recurring and ad hoc reporting to key stakeholders
- Support special projects, implementations, transitions, and other equity-related initiatives
- Collaborate effectively across Payroll, Accounting, Finance, HR, Legal, Tax, Technology, Operations, and other business functions
Job requirements
- Support audit, control, compliance, and documentation requirements
- Follow applicable service, risk, and control procedures
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve existing processes
- Strong project-management and prioritization skills
- Certified Equity Professional designation or ECA credential
- Prefer a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
- 5-8 years of stock plan administration experience with a public company
- Experience with E*TRADE EEO system
