Job requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Product, Program or Product Management role, in the automotive or AV domain preferred and also cybersecurity experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience developing product strategies, building product use cases, leading large-scale programs with an emphasis on project management, requirements management, and integrating hardware and software features…
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional product teams.
• Hands-on experience participating and directing product development.
• Experience building and scaling product programs from the ground up, particularly in product-focused environments or industries with stringent security requirements.
• Strong knowledge of auto industry security standards and regulations (e.g. ISO21434)
• Proven ability to lead broad organizational changes.
