Job responsibilities

• Manage the US East Coast Product Lines health ensuring our processes and systems support their production. You are the voice of the customer back to HQ operation teams to ensure the east coast PLs are supported.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Deployments and Finance teams to identify problems, conceive solutions, and implement processes to improve our ability to buy, make, and deploy hardware quickly…
• Manage the funnel of production team system and process enhancement requests, categorize/prioritize, track status and approvals, and coordinate implementation with product teams
• Build dashboards, track operational metrics, monitor Product Line health scores, prepare data-driven reports for leadership and refine KPI development for impactful reporting to inform strategic decision making
• Clearly document process workflows and standard operating procedures, engaging with broader teams to validate accuracy and effectivity of documents
