Job responsibilities
- B uild and maintain custom sheets, intake forms, RAID logs, and dynamic KPI dashboards that support portfolio operations.
- Maintain and update the company facing plan of record dashboards in Power BI, including the Smartsheet data sources that feed them, so that published reporting stays accurate and current.
- Configure automated multi-step workflows, alerts, data consolidation, and cross-project linkages using tools such as DataMesh , Data Shuttle, and Bridge.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, workspace structures, and license allocation under the direction of Scheduling leadership, including deployments managed through Smartsheet Control Center.
- Guide non-technical stakeholders and internal champions on best practices for daily use and long-term platform adoption, including documentation and hands-on support.
- Support the execution of the PMO's AI-enabled Smartsheet roadmap, including gathering user input and helping implement approved enhancements.
- Build strong working relationships with partner organizations, including implementation, engineering, and installation, so that platform improvements reflect all perspectives.
