The Test and Evaluation team at Anduril is integral to our mission, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of performance and reliability. Our team specializes in a broad spectrum of testing activities, including radars, ground vehicles, air vehicles, electronic systems, novel technologies, and more. We are at the forefront of testing approaches, particularly in the domain of complex imaging systems. As we expand, we're seeking a motivated and methodical engineer who is prepared to tackle the challenges of system testing across a wide spectrum of capabilities and contribute to the iterative development of the systems-under-test. WHAT YOU’LL DO

Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field from an accredited institution.
0-2 years of test engineering experience, other engineer discipline experience, or comparable skill (i.e. military exercise planning & evaluation)
Hands-on project experience, whether through internships, senior capstone projects, personal builds, or hobby engineering that demonstrates practical problem-solving ability
No extensive test process experience required, but a willingness to learn the rigor of formal test planning, safety review boards, Flight/Test Readiness Reviews, and technical report writing is essential
Ability to interpret and analyze test data using tools such as MATLAB, Python, or similar
Proactively seeks solutions and takes ownership of problems rather than waiting for tasking
Must be coachable and able to rapidly implement feedback from senior engineers and management
Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting test results and briefing findings
