Job requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, integration, and test, ideally supporting a hardware/software system in a defense, national security, or aerospace environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading system integration efforts across multiple engineering disciplines (hardware, software, and/or manufacturing).
• Hands-on experience planning, executing, and documenting system-level test campaigns to validate operational requirements.
• Experience owning requirements traceability, configuration management, and/or risk management for a complex system program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to represent technical status and decisions to both engineering teams and non-technical or government stakeholders.
• Ability to work across hardware, software, and test disciplines and translate between them.
• Must be able to obtain a minimum Secret Clearance.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
