Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including experience recruiting within the robotics, automation, warehouse/logistics technology, engineering, or technology industry.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and recruiting technical or engineering talent.
- Experience sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively partner with hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
- Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
- Familiarity with technical roles in areas such as robotics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, software, controls, manufacturing, automation, or warehouse operations is strongly preferred.
