Job requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a strong focus on hardware and engineering roles, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated strength in proactive sourcing, including LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search techniques, and creative approaches to identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting technical talent across hardware and product engineering disciplines, including mechanical engineering, electrical/electronics, embedded systems, firmware, RF/wireless, systems engineering, and…
• Strong understanding of hardware engineering concepts and technologies, including CAD, GD&T, PCB design, signal integrity, power electronics, and complex electromechanical systems.
• Ability to understand and translate highly technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies, including specialized areas such as embedded C/C++, RTOS, microcontrollers, FPGA, RF systems, antennas, and EMI/EMC.
• Familiarity with engineering verification and validation processes, hardware test methodologies, and environmental testing.
• Experience recruiting within aerospace, space, satellite, defense, or adjacent complex hardware/deep-tech industries.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong talent pipelines for specialized hardware engineering positions in competitive markets.
