Technical Trainer - Composites Production
Job description
The Anduril Technical Training team is responsible for orientation and training of new hires, ongoing training of existing techs and developing and refining training programs so we can continue to produce industry leading products to help our warfighters defend our country.
We are looking for a technical trainer to join our rapidly growing team in Morrisville, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for the orientation and training of new hires as well as ongoing technical training for our composite techs. You will assist with developing new training and refining our existing courses on our digital platform.

Job requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a technician in a relevant manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven ability to effectively demonstrate technical procedures and communicate complex information clearly in both one-on-one and group training settings.
- Comfortable and proficient in public speaking, capable of delivering engaging presentations to large groups.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and concisely with peers, management, and all levels of the organization.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to contribute to production tasks or shop duties during periods between formal training sessions.
- Previous experience in a training, mentoring, or lead technician role.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training software.
- Certifications related to Quality Management (e.g., QMS principles), Safety (e.g., OSHA), or specific manufacturing processes.
