Hotels on Cloudbeds will take direct bookings from Muse
Cloudbeds is connecting Meta’s Muse to hotels’ live rates, with reservations landing in the hotel’s own system. US rollout starts in early 2027.
Hotel software company Cloudbeds announced an integration with Meta’s Muse that lets participating properties show live rates, availability and policies inside the agent. Bookings go through the hotel’s own Cloudbeds Booking Engine and arrive in its property management system as direct reservations.
Cloudbeds says that until now Muse found hotels by browsing consumer travel sites, even though it can reach live flight inventory. The integration is meant to keep the booking and guest relationship with the hotel rather than an intermediary. It is scheduled to start rolling out to Cloudbeds customers in the US in the first quarter of 2027.
