Morgan Stanley counts Muse as upside Meta’s stock does not price in
The bank kept Meta at overweight with an $820 target, calling Muse an early leader among agents and shopping its key use.
Morgan Stanley said in a note on October 22 that Meta’s core business still has a long growth runway and that newer AI products such as Muse are options not yet reflected in the share price, MT Newswires reported via Yahoo Finance.
The bank called Muse an early leader in agents, citing more than 10 million users setting up agents in the first six weeks in the US and Canada and about 25% using it daily, with shopping the leading use. It also pointed to lower content processing costs after Meta moved content understanding to its Muse models. Morgan Stanley kept its overweight rating and $820 price target.
