Job description

Job responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field service activities to ensure efficient and effective service delivery for building automation systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues on-site to minimize downtime and maximize system performance.
• Mentor and guide junior field service technicians to develop their technical skills and improve service quality.
• Five years’ experience in field service roles, preferably with building automation or related systems or minimum of three years of building automation experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of building control systems, sensors, and energy management technologies.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex electronic and mechanical systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and software used in building automation service and maintenance.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical field related to electronics, HVAC, or building automation.
