Today, robotics is fragmented, slow, and closed: most builders are forced to reinvent the same stack again and again, and most ideas never make it past the prototype stage. We exist to change that.
Job requirements
- 4+ years of CNC machining experience, ideally in prototype or low-volume work.
- Hands-on experience programming and running 5-axis Haas mills and Haas lathes.
- Proficiency with CAM software (Fusion 360, Mastercam, or equivalent).
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T.
- Experience machining aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, plastics, and other engineering materials.
- Experience designing and building custom fixtures and workholding.
- Solid bench and assembly skills: deburring, tapping, reaming, fitting, finishing.
- Proficiency with precision inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, bore gauges).
