Creative Production Lead (R5947)
Job description
This position is responsible for designing, formatting, and producing compelling, high-quality proposal documents, presentations, graphics, and other bid materials. Working closely with proposal managers, business development teams, and technical subject-matter experts, to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging visual and written assets that strengthen proposals and customer presentations.
Job requirements
- 3+ years' experience in graphic design, visual communications, document production, proposal support, or a related field plus experience working with government and international customers.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
- Outstanding record of academic achievement.
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytics.
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
