Job description

About the Team The Voyager Business Development Team is responsible for identifying, shaping, capturing, and expanding strategic opportunities for Voyager – Anduril’s modular, rugged suite of compute, networking, and communications built for survivable C5ISR at the tactical edge. As a TRL-9, globally fielded portfolio spanning roughly 75 products, Voyager serves as the hardware backbone of our “Own the Edge” strategy, providing the foundational compute and connectivity for critical defense operations.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant business development, capture management, or defense acquisition leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving significant business growth and market penetration for…
  • Deep familiarity with at least one US service’s acquisition ecosystem, and the demonstrated ability to strategically operate across several.
  • Command of complex technical products – comfortable going deep on rugged compute, tactical networking, SWaP tradeoffs, and C5ISR concepts, and translating them for both operators and senior acquisition stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated capture leadership: expertise in win strategy, teaming, price-to-win analysis, and proposal orchestration on competitive pursuits, leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong existing senior-level strategic relationships across program offices, PEOs, primes, and/or systems integrators within the US Navy.
  • Willingness to travel heavily (50%+) to customer sites, exercises, and strategic events.
  • Active US Top Secret SCI security clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain).
