Job requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, including ownership of a compensation structure or benefits program.
- 5+ years of people management experience, or demonstrated experience building and leading a function.
- 5+ years experience overseeing benefits programs, including health and retirement plans.
- Demonstrated experience designing or substantially managing salary structures, bands, and market benchmarking.
- Demonstrated experience working with employee equity plans including benchmarking and communicating equity compensation.
- Working knowledge of compensation and benefits compliance across multiple U.S. states, including FLSA, and pay equity.
- Able to work on-site at ICON's Austin, TX campus.
- Total rewards experience in a high-growth or scaling company.
