Job responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team of Fulfillment Operators across multiple sites. Set your team up for success to work safely and productively.
  • You will own the day-to-day operations of one of our fulfillment operations, ensuring the site processes run smoothly, efficiently and safely.
  • You’ll own scheduling and manage a labor budget. You will be responsible for ensuring your site meets performance metric goals.
  • Ensure your teams are providing our customers with the best possible experience on each and every order. You will be responsible for maintaining key quality metrics including order accuracy and fulfillment speed.
