Job requirements

• 15+ years in real estate, facilities, or manufacturing infrastructure at a high-growth hardware company or similar fast-paced environment, including accountability for a multi-site footprint and the capital plan behind…
• A record of building and leading a team of planners, industrial engineers, and analysts, including hiring strong leads and setting how the team operates.
• Excellent project management skills and a proven record of delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget, including deciding which ones deserve funding.
• Experience setting up new industrial facilities, production lines, or factories from requirements gathering to execution.
• Fluent in technical documentation like facility drawings, highly proficient in Excel, and deep in construction means and methods, enough to challenge contractors and corporate partners on scope, schedule, and cost.
• Experience working with a corporate real estate organization as a partner or internal customer, with the executive presence to influence leaders in the division and at corporate who don't report to you.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for site visits and stakeholder meetings.
• Must be eligible to hold a US Top Secret clearance.
