Job requirements
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with a hands-on, builder mindset
- Experience maintaining and repairing equipment in a manufacturing, production, laboratory, or test environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and basic computer or software systems
- Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance
- Experience performing or supporting equipment calibration
- Ability to assemble, modify, troubleshoot, and repair test fixtures and equipment
- Soldering experience and the ability to build and repair cables and harnesses
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
