Job responsibilities

• Own the delivery roadmap and health of all autonomy software programs, keeping execution aligned with the various vehicle programs and customer timelines.
• Lead and grow a team of experienced TPMs, hiring outstanding talent and guiding each person's professional development.
• Stay hands-on by personally leading the most critical and technically demanding programs, and by digging into design reviews, integration planning, and issue investigations to find root causes, challenge assumptions,…
• Partner with program, product, and engineering leaders to turn top-down strategy and ambiguous goals into executable plans with defined scope, milestones, accountable owners, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish and run program governance, including planning, execution tracking, risk management, and reporting, so teams and leadership always know where each program stands.
• Drive cross-functional delivery of software features across engineering, test and validation, regulatory, and customer teams, resolving the most complex interdependencies and systemic risks.
• Build strong partnerships with leaders across software, testing, regulatory affairs, and vehicle programs.
