Senior Technical Program Manager - Autonomous Vehicles Platform

Job description

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join the NVIDIA DRIVE AV Platform team and help bring NVIDIA's autonomous vehicle platform to the world! You will lead a focused effort to productize groundbreaking solutions that will redefine transportation and the growing field of self-driving cars. You will work with dedicated multi-functional engineering teams across vehicle subsystems — software, hardware, validation, and systems — to integrate their work into our autonomous DRIVE SW platform, while achieving or exceeding all relevant NVIDIA and automotive standards & guidelines. The work is exciting, impactful, and fast-paced.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead multiple, concurrent complex programs & projects across the autonomous driving platform.
  • Drive new platform technologies from bringup to production across software, hardware, vehicle, and validation teams.
  • Manage automotive software development and releases in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Define scope and manage project roadmaps, schedules, and milestones with cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Handle risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies proactively.
  • Improve processes and procedures within the team. Streamline day-to-day operations.
  • Communicate regularly to manage expectations and provide timely updates on progress, risks, and decisions.
