Job description
As a Product Operations Manager at Mytra, you'll join our Product team at a moment of scaling. Mytra is growing faster than our internal operating system can keep up with: work lives in silos, decisions are often made verbally with no paper trail, there's no single source of truth for what's happening across the company, no reliable process layer from sales through deployment, and no consistent operational documentation for the field.
Job responsibilities
- Build and own Mytra's internal operating system: the information architecture and AI-assisted workflows that unify what today lives scattered across Slack, Notion, and Linear, so leaders can see what changed, what's at…
- Own the operational process layer from sales through deployment: turn verbal handoffs into written, repeatable process, and make sure decisions, customer changes, and new requirements reach everyone they touch.
- Act as the cross-functional translator between commercial, product, engineering, and operations
- Set lightweight documentation and communication norms (and the incentives to make them stick), then build or configure the tooling on top, codifying best practices as you scale the Product Operations function.
